Hello,
I'm new to FAA and to this message board. I've got some questions and was wanting to search the board to see if they have been addressed before, but
I'm not having any luck using the "Search Topics" function. Even when I narrow it down to just one word, I keep getting the same answer -
nothing found. Does anyone know how to get some results?

Thanks for your help,

before starting FAA. Since I feel full and hunger free most of the time. This weekend I skipped lunch and just had an early dinner. Do I force myself to eat
anyway when I don't feel hungry? The metabolic adjustment is hard for me to fit in also or I eat it right before bed. Any thoughts or suggestions would
be greatly apppreciated....

Thank you for being such a generous fellow! Could you please clarify FAA's position on the use of liquid Stevia, an herb used by several of my health

I'm new, and read the plan on the website. I think it is a great idea, and can totally see how it would work, but was wondering if anyone could give me
